Le poste
A Network Support Engineer II at Blueport is responsible for resolving complex network issues, configuring network infrastructure such as switches, routers, and firewalls, monitoring network performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless connectivity. The role demands hands-on support predominantly onsite at the Walpole office, with no remote work options. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a technical support environment and strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing and VLANs. Additional skills in Cisco and HP switch CLI, alongside excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Spanish language skills are considered an advantage to support diverse client needs.
