Le poste
A Junior Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and assisting with menu development and staff supervision. The role involves working closely with senior chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional food presentation. Candidates should possess relevant culinary experience, knowledge of various cooking techniques, and excellent communication skills. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends within a 40-hour, four-day week. The environment is modern, well-equipped, and focused on fresh British cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
