The position involves leading a production engineering team on shift, managing activities like TPM, escalation resolution, and performance reporting. The role requires coordinating between engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain standards and resolve issues swiftly. Candidates should have experience with machine maintenance or electronics manufacturing, and possess problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with TPM, CMMS, and fault recording is essential, along with a proactive attitude and resilience.
