Machine Learning Engineering Manager, GAI Search Relevance

Lead a team of ML engineers to measure and improve ranking and relevance for AI-powered enterprise search applications. Measure and enhance RAG-based objectives such as summarization, groundedness of responses, and citation accuracy. Drive end-to-end ML development, including data synthesis, feature engineering, experiment design, and evaluation. Scale to new customers and data types while maintaining robust, production-grade systems. Own project plans, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, platform, product, and customer success teams. Foster a fast, inclusive culture focused on rapid iteration, clear tradeoffs, and generalizability of model improvements.
