Lead the estimating lifecycle for natural gas infrastructure and heavy civil projects, from takeoffs to bid submission.
Develop accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and risk.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to confirm scope and identify value-engineering opportunities.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts to produce detailed cost models and conduct risk assessments.
Monitor labor, material, and market trends while building strong subcontractor and vendor relationships.
Support post-bid reviews and ensure a seamless handoff to project teams on high-value bids ($50M+).
