Own and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan to grow revenue and market share across national end-user and distributor partners.
Develop plant-by-plant growth strategies, including pricing and sourcing, aligned with customer value and growth objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored welding solutions and ensure value delivery.
Build credibility with senior stakeholders, including sourcing and operations leaders, and lead quarterly business reviews and pricing initiatives.
Conduct voice-of-the-customer research to uncover opportunities and map value streams for sustainable account growth.
Navigate a matrix organization, manage multiple complex accounts, and apply data-driven decisions to achieve measurable results.
