Lead a client-focused engagement to accelerate digital transformation by delivering data-driven process insights and advanced data models using SQL and AI/ML. Design innovative analyses and operating apps that reveal root causes and improve transparency across key business domains (Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and more). Drive value by conducting value workshops, quantifying business and financial potential, and presenting findings to senior management. Implement Process Automation to accelerate processes, increase value realization, and improve process conformance. Define and monitor KPIs, enable continuous process improvement, and lay the path for long-term customer success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, communicate insights clearly in English, and continuously advance process mining and AI capabilities.
