Le poste
A Desktop Support Technician in Glasgow is responsible for delivering technical support for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and AV equipment. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as supporting telephony and comms room devices. Candidates must have between one to three years' experience and be able to travel to remote locations when necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required to ensure high customer satisfaction. The technician will work independently to diagnose faults, implement solutions, and adhere to standards and service level agreements. Technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, along with customer service abilities, are essential.
