A contract Python Developer is sought to join a project team focusing on API development, data integration, and deploying scalable solutions using Python, FastAPI, and Google Cloud Platform. The role involves providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in quality engineering such as TDD and BDD. The successful candidate will have experience with Python, FastAPI or Flask, and BigQuery, along with a strong background in handling large data sets. This UK-based role offers remote working flexibility, outside IR35, requiring the contractor to be registered in the UK. The position demands at least three years of relevant experience, with technical skills in cloud services, API design, and data processing essential for success.
