Le poste
Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks, including bank and credit card reconciliations and accounts payable.
Prepare monthly financial statements and year-end items such as journal entries, 1099s, and W-2s.
Create annual forecasts and track holiday sales performance.
Coordinate payroll and HR-related accounting using ADP, including PTO and benefits.
Support sales tax filings across multiple states and related compliance.
Collaborate with leadership and external accountants on raises, bonuses, and tax filings; thrive in a self-directed, detail-oriented role.
