As the onsite Global Key Account Manager for textiles, you will lead revenue growth and strategic development for assigned global accounts.
Develop and translate global account strategies into actionable plans and coordinate cross‑region execution.
Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating orders, inquiries, and technical exchanges across internal teams to ensure contract fulfillment.
Maximize revenue by engaging key decision-makers, conducting regular reviews, and monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure timely communications, contract compliance, invoicing, issue resolution, and proactive management of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with international teams to identify new opportunities, manage claims, and stay informed on market developments and regulatory changes.
