Le poste
Support the legal and contracts team in construction projects, focusing on prime contracts, subcontracts, AIA forms, purchase orders, and lien management.
Assist with an AI-enabled contract lifecycle platform (IntelAgree) to streamline drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
Handle lien tracking and releases, research lien claims, and update the lien database with status reports.
Provide litigation support, including subpoena responses, discovery requests, and drafting related correspondence.
Maintain legal databases, organize Box folders, and support document management while collaborating with internal teams.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, assist with process improvements, and adapt to new AI-powered tools.
