The role involves preparing tender packages, calculating job costs, and managing subcontractor quotations for projects valued from £100k to over £2m. The candidate will analyse contract documentation, negotiate with suppliers, and clarify client requirements, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. Key skills include commercial awareness, negotiation, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the M&E construction sector is preferred but not essential, as training and development are offered. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements, with required site attendance in the Romsey area.
