Le poste
The HR Specialist III is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, conducting stakeholder analyses, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. They will collaborate with various teams to facilitate workshops, monitor adoption metrics, and support long-term organisational stability. The role requires experience in enterprise implementation, change governance, and executive reporting, along with excellent communication and influencing skills.
