The Network Engineer Team Lead oversees a Second Line Engineering Team supporting Managed Services, providing technical support and team management. The role involves acting as an escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring high standards of service delivery within agreed SLAs. Candidates should possess technical skills in multi-vendor enterprise networking, Cisco certifications, and experience with routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Leadership experience and knowledge of service management processes are desirable, along with familiarity with cloud networking and automation scripting. The position requires engaging with vendors and internal teams to optimise network infrastructure and support continuous improvement initiatives.
