Le poste
Coordinate wedding planning and day-of execution for couples, ensuring a smooth and reverent ceremony.
Lead the wedding rehearsal the day before, guiding participants through the liturgy and spatial flow.
Be on-site for arrival, photography, liturgy, and cleanup support; may serve as sacristan.
Collaborate with the Marriage Preparation team to manage paperwork and align with the broader process.
Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends required; ability to lift at least 20 lbs; practicing Catholic preferred.
Typically around 10 hours per wedding, with 10–12 weddings per year, demanding organization, discretion, and client-focused service.
