Le poste
The Staff Data Engineer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for building and optimizing highly scalable data pipelines, storage layers, and compute systems across telemetry, manufacturing, sales, finance, and enterprise applications. You will design and implement large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes) and develop scalable storage models using Parquet and Iceberg on S3. Provide technical leadership, unblock complex issues, and promote best practices for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with software, telemetry, manufacturing IT, and analytics teams to deliver robust data solutions, implement data quality checks, monitoring, lineage, and automation, and contribute to the data platform's technical roadmap.
