Le poste
The HR Specialist is a frontline member of the HR team responsible for onboarding, AskHR support, and day-to-day HRIS administration.
Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, serving as the primary contact during the first 30-90 days and delivering orientations in English and Spanish as needed.
Manage Request-to-Hire workflows in UKG Ready, ensuring accurate data, approvals, and alignment with org structure, budgeted roles, pay grades, and cost centers.
Ensure pre-hire compliance including background checks, I-9 verification, and multi-state notices and system setup.
Administer AskHR and respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits enrollment timing, pay, timekeeping, leaves, and HR processes, escalating complex cases as needed.
Collaborate with Payroll and People Operations to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
