Responsibilities include executing building works, diagnosing fabric issues, supporting trades, maintaining records, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or similar, with strong maintenance knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude. They must be able to work independently and participate in emergency response duties. A Basic DBS check and occupational health assessment are required for employment.
