Oversees human resources operations for a branch/region, translating strategy into day-to-day HR activities.
Partners with leaders to address employee relations, performance, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws.
Leads and develops a team of HR professionals, guiding talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, and wellness programs.
Identifies development plans for key and high-potential employees and manages cross-functional HR projects.
Provides pragmatic guidance on grievances, attendance, policy interpretation, and confidential matters while raising proactive issues and practical solutions.
Collaborates with recruitment to attract talent, coordinate orientation, and support safety and diversity initiatives.
