Human Resources Manager

This role leads core HR operations for a higher education institution, including benefits administration and employee relations. Key duties include onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and policy implementation. You will coordinate recruitment activities, participate on selection committees, and manage orientation and exit processes for employees. Responsibilities also include HRIS/HCM data management, reporting, and analytics to support HR service delivery. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and college policies. Support training, workshops, and communications to educate staff on programs and procedures.
