Le poste
The role involves providing first and second line technical support using helpdesk tools, email, and in person to resolve issues efficiently. The successful candidate will support desktop, server, Active Directory, networking, telecommunications, and cloud services, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards. They will document processes, assist in creating playbooks, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Routine network maintenance, system upgrades, and backup management will also be part of the responsibilities. Candidates should have a good understanding of networks, Microsoft Windows, and ISO standards, with a logical approach to problem-solving. Technical troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude are essential for success.
