Lead the design and implementation of scalable data systems to support business needs (PB-scale data).
Own data architectures and pipelines for analytics, decision-making, and cross-functional data products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions and insights.
Ensure data quality and governance, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering excellence.
Embed Privacy-by-Design and regulatory compliance into data solutions, driving risk-aware data strategy for credit products.
Deliver outcomes at scale through AI-assisted improvements, metrics-driven execution, and end-to-end data product delivery.
