Logistics Coordinator – Lisburn

VANRATH is partnering with an established manufacturing business in Lisburn to recruit an inbound logistics coordinator. This role involves coordinating inbound shipments across multiple sites, selecting suitable transport modes, managing customs documentation, and supporting audits with a focus on compliance and cost efficiency. The candidate will monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and drive continuous improvement of logistics KPIs while working closely with various internal teams. The position requires at least three years of inbound logistics experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment, including managing multi-site operations and customs processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong attention to detail with compliance focus are essential.
