Le poste
As a founding ML engineer, you will own model choices, training strategy, and long-term architecture for a new global AI product.
You will design end-to-end training pipelines (data → training → eval → inference) and experiment with frontier models (LLMs, multimodal).
Build scalable inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world data.
Implement alignment, safety, and guardrails, and design evaluation frameworks across performance, robustness, safety, and bias.
Own deployment, GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scaling policies while shaping early product direction.
You will work with a small, senior team in a remote-first environment, delivering high-impact AI experiences from zero.
