Le poste
You will be the founding AI engineer shaping the core model stack and long-term architecture of the first product.
Own end-to-end pipelines from data collection to training, evaluation, and robust deployment in production-grade systems.
Design or adapt frontier transformer models and build scalable inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed).
Fine-tune with state-of-the-art methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation) and implement alignment and guardrails.
Develop data platforms for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data; design evaluation across performance, safety, and bias.
Operate with full autonomy in a zero-to-one environment, shaping early product direction and AI-powered experiences.
