Le poste
Performs entry-level tax enforcement, licensing, and compliance tasks with a focus on small-balance collections and timely filings.
Prepares and distributes divisional correspondence, notices, and documentation using templates for delinquent taxpayers.
Prepares administrative liens, lien releases, and distraint receipts; maintains case files in department information systems.
Contacts delinquent taxpayers to collect unpaid taxes, initiates payment plans, and assesses referrals for field work.
Assists taxpayers with licensing, filing requirements, and front-desk duties; supports tobacco compliance checks and related reporting.
Upholds strict confidentiality, adheres to codes of respect and teamwork, and completes required background checks.
