Le poste
This entry-level civil/environmental engineer role focuses on supporting solid waste projects in the Tampa area.
You will assist with permitting, design, and construction documents for landfills, landfill gas systems, stormwater, and industrial wastewater programs.
Responsibilities include field sampling (soil, air, surface water, groundwater, and landfill gas), and oversight of drilling and well development.
You will conduct QA/QC reviews and prepare responses for regulatory submittals with supporting engineering analysis.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients under project manager oversight, and collaborate with GIS/CAD drafters for design deliverables.
Qualifications include a BS in civil/environmental/biosystems/geotechnical engineering, at least 3 months of relevant experience, ability to learn AutoCAD, 10-20% field work in Tampa, valid driver's license, and FE exam preferred.
