Le poste
Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and applying supplier payments accurately.
Manage credit control, cash allocation, and daily bank reconciliations.
Support month-end processes and assist in production of management accounts packs.
Prepare and distribute customer and supplier statements; review expense claims for reimbursement.
Monitor VAT, wages, pensions, and corporate tax deadlines to ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with sales and management to address account queries, perform variance analysis, and maintain data integrity.
