Le poste
The position involves developing and optimising content for websites, email campaigns, and social media to enhance audience engagement and user experience. The candidate will create compelling copy for marketing initiatives and support the delivery of customer communications across channels. Responsibilities include auditing existing content, collaborating with teams, and subscribing to SEO and accessibility best practices. The role also entails supporting digital transformation projects and assisting with CRM-related content, especially using MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Candidates should possess proven copywriting experience, strong editing skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of content management systems, analytics, and emerging digital tools is desirable.
