Le poste
A senior principal mechanical engineer is responsible for leading and managing the cooling water engineering team within a nuclear reactor development programme. Their duties include defining safety and performance requirements, overseeing design package production, coordinating interfaces between teams and stakeholders, and developing technical specifications. They are expected to have expertise in cooling water systems, project lifecycle planning, and regulatory compliance, with leadership skills to drive technical excellence. The role involves technical oversight from FEED through detailed design, managing multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with subcontractors.
