Le poste
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support residential site activities in Crewe.
You will report to the Site Manager and coordinate all on-site operations to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining a productive, safe work environment.
Lead and motivate the on-site team while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).
A proven track record in a similar construction role, strong leadership, and clear communication are essential.
This is a long-term, residential project with competitive rates of pay.
