Le poste
Lead and manage on-site operations for large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
Serve as the senior on-site authority, directing field crews and coordinating multi-trade activity.
Enforce safety programs, OSHA compliance, and client safety requirements, conducting regular safety audits.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and monitor schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts.
Oversee field operations, resolve productivity, material, design, and interface challenges, and maintain quality.
Manage cost controls, change orders, RFIs, as-built documentation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
