You’re a backend engineer with 5+ years of professional experience (Go, Java, Python) who values code simplicity and performance.
You’ll build AI-powered tools and agents that autonomously generate tests, fix bugs, and improve runtime performance.
Focus on prompts, evals, and code-facing tooling, and push these systems from prototype to production.
Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to turn cutting-edge research in prompting, agents, and code editing into practical features.
You’ll help design developer tools and IDE integrations that enable 10x developer productivity.
You will drive pragmatic technical decisions, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast, high-growth startup environment.
