Le poste
Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and industry standards.
Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact, and update policies, procedures, and controls accordingly.
Identify, investigate, and report compliance violations while advising on ethical business practices and risk mitigation.
Analyze data to identify non-compliance and opportunities for improvement, and develop targeted training for staff.
Maintain accurate records, conduct periodic reviews, and coordinate with external auditors and regulators as needed.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with integrity.
