Le poste
The Construction Manager role involves overseeing the safe delivery of railway station projects by conducting site inspections, audits, and assurance reviews while managing health and safety regulations and stakeholder relationships. Candidates should possess proven site management or construction assurance experience with a background in M&E or civils and railway projects, including valid Sentinel PTS and SMSTS qualification. The role requires conducting site assurance visits, reviewing construction plans, and producing reports for ongoing improvement initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and be familiar with CDM regulations and health and safety legislation. The position involves night shifts primarily in Birmingham with travel to other locations, and includes supporting safety, quality, and compliance efforts.
