Le poste
Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction bids in a fast-paced preconstruction environment, from early design through final submission.
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, material and labor assessments, and CSI-formatted cost proposals for ground-up and retrofit projects.
Develop work packages, draft trade scopes, and assemble comprehensive proposal documentation while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Track plan updates, addenda, and clarifications; manage bid invitations; and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Create conceptual budgets, refine them as drawings evolve, and present cost breakdowns with clear assumptions and project considerations.
Collaborate with preconstruction and project teams to finalize estimates and ensure a smooth handoff to operations on $10M+ ground-up projects.
