Le poste
Lead financial forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for the Global Capital Markets line of business, including income statement, balance sheet, and key metrics.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate resource allocation, funding strategies, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare concise management reports, board-level summaries, and ad-hoc analyses to inform senior leadership and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, HR, Controllership, and Portfolio Management to support forecast processes, month-end close, and profitability analyses.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; drive process improvements and enhance reporting tools to focus on high-impact areas.
Operate in a hybrid work environment with 3+ days in-office and flexibility for remote work as needed.
