Le poste
Own the design, evaluation, and enhancement of manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Analyze production flow, labor requirements, and cycle times to inform operational planning and decision making.
Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to align capabilities with production needs and continuous improvement goals.
Lead or support PFMEA and DFMEA activities to identify risks and implement effective mitigations.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process standards; provide hands-on shop floor support and training.
Support equipment, tooling, and process improvements while monitoring performance and driving corrective actions; travel as needed (up to 10%).
