Le poste
Hybrid Event Manager responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of non-fundraising, mission-driven events to educate and engage the community.
Translate organizational goals into meaningful event experiences and ensure consistent, high-quality execution from concept through post-event evaluation.
Act as the primary cross-department liaison, coordinating with Development, Programs, Communications & Marketing, and Operations to align events with program goals and brand standards.
Oversee budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting, tracking performance metrics and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance planning, scheduling, outreach, data analysis, and overall event impact.
Represent the organization at community events, build strategic partnerships, manage the community calendar, and travel as required within the region.
