Le poste
Lead and coach donor engagement and fundraising across a national network, building capacity at multiple sites to secure sustainable support.
Provide hands-on development administration, tracking donations and grants, and producing stewardship materials and reports.
Serve as the resident expert on fundraising systems (Salesforce) and create tools and templates to streamline donor relations.
Support new site executive directors and during staff transitions to maintain momentum of donor stewardship plans.
Collaborate with the External Affairs team to maintain resource libraries, capture feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate fundraising events, intern/fellow programs, and cross-site activities to maximize fundraising outcomes.
