Le poste
The Financial Accountant provides financial reporting, control and accounting services across a multi-site education organisation. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, reconciliations, financial controls, and statutory accounts, as well as overseeing audits and regulatory reporting. The role requires strong technical knowledge, experience with tax compliance, and managing financial processes. Candidates should have relevant accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA, and experience in financial governance and audit support. The position involves team management, process improvements, and collaborating organisation-wide to enhance financial data quality and reporting. Occasional UK-wide travel may be required.
