Le poste
Plan and deliver quarterly webinars (approximately 24 BTAX/BLAW and 8 product webinars) and oversee end-to-end virtual event execution.
Own webinar intake, ensure timely, complete information, and manage the full event workflow with proactive stakeholder communication eight+ weeks prior for accreditation programs.
Build and test certification tools in ON24; support manual certificate delivery when needed; create and manage registration pages and event consoles.
Coordinate any necessary physical conference room reservations; schedule tech run-throughs, dry-runs, and pre-event prep; manage live event technology and real-time troubleshooting.
Serve as the internal ON24 expert, participate in platform trainings, and maintain templates, documentation, and best practices.
Collaborate with Demand Generation on event promotion timelines and ensure a smooth transition from live to on-demand promotion.
