Le poste
A professional in this role will oversee HR functions across multiple regional offices, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practices. The role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, and training organisation, including managing GDPR compliance and establishing apprenticeship programmes. The successful candidate will advise managers on HR policies, support end-to-end recruitment, and handle disciplinary and exit processes. Requirements include extensive HR experience, UK employment law knowledge, and CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher. Travel to various sites in North West, Midlands, and South are expected. The position is based in person in Winsford, offering a full-time schedule and competitive salary.
