Le poste
The Operations Manager oversees production, supply chain, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and meeting key performance indicators. They will drive continuous improvements in quality, waste reduction, and health & safety standards across manufacturing operations. The role involves managing team performance, controlling budgets, and developing maintenance and automation strategies using Lean, 6 Sigma, and 5 S methodologies. A background in manufacturing, with at least five years' experience, and strong Lean skills are essential. The position offers a salary of up to £70,000, along with benefits and bonus opportunities.
