Le poste
The Industrial Engineer supports efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing of electric motors by optimizing production processes, labor utilization, material flow, and quality performance.
This role is hands-on and plant-focused, collaborating with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams in a small manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include process engineering, SOP development, workflow analysis, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments to reduce waste and downtime.
Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery or automation lines, and troubleshoot downtime with maintenance teams.
Partner with Quality to ensure process capability, perform root cause analysis, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance for automation and electrical systems.
Demonstrates continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and effective cross-functional communication to achieve production goals.
