Le poste
As a New Store Construction Estimator, you contribute to the organization's Capital Investment Program by developing detailed new store construction estimates.
Compile cost requests, assist in validating bid costs with project leaders, and identify value engineering opportunities to reduce cost without compromising quality.
Establish and maintain high accuracy and consistency across estimating projects, from schematic design to semi-detailed budgets.
Develop order-of-magnitude budgets and assemblies from conceptual design and oversee budgeting projects to monitor accuracy.
Collaborate with Design and Construction, Planning and Analysis to breakdown CSI items and enhance the historical cost database.
Mentor estimators, participate in the Shadow Program, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams while upholding a customer service mindset.
