Construction Estimator

Overview: This is a sales-driven Construction Estimator role focused on leveraging an established book of business to generate and grow sales for one branch. The position is client-facing and centers on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting estimating and design activities. Responsibilities include acting as the primary sales contact for the branch, performing plan reviews and take-offs, pricing work, and assisting with proposals and project coordination. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have construction sales experience with an established book of business, estimating experience in commercial construction, and strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.
