Le poste
As a part-time Staff Accountant (24 hours per week), you will manage daily financial processes and maintain accurate bookkeeping for reliable operations.
Establish and oversee banking relationships, treasury activities, and tax registrations to ensure liquidity and compliance.
Perform reconciliations of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
Execute month-end and quarterly close procedures to uphold financial integrity and timely reporting.
Prepare federal, state, and local tax filings, including sales tax, and support audits with external parties.
Analyze financial data to generate actionable reports for strategic decision-making while ensuring adherence to GAAP and policy standards.
