An intermediate Python developer roles involve working within multi-disciplinary teams to develop, support, and maintain digital solutions that are secure, scalable, and user-centred. Responsibilities include producing high-quality software, collaborating with colleagues to design solutions, and managing development pipelines to optimise deployment. The role requires strong Python skills, full-stack development experience, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node, as well as cloud services such as AWS or Azure. Candidates should have experience with Agile methodologies, containerisation, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices. Prior experience with government or NHS projects and Infrastructure As Code tools would be advantageous. The position expects a proactive approach to learning and development within a dynamic environment.
